our point of difference
At TRACKS Care, we’re proud to be a Territorian-owned NDIS provider delivering inclusive, person-centred services to people of all backgrounds and abilities.
We specialise in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability, but our doors are open to everyone across the Northern Territory who values support that’s local, respectful, responsive, and built around real goals. Our team lives and works in the Territory, we understand the lifestyle, the communities, and what it takes to make support work here.
What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering flexible, strengths-based supports that are tailored to each person’s needs, not just their NDIS plan. We take time to understand who someone is, what they care about, and how we can walk alongside them — whether that’s with daily living, community access, employment pathways or youth mentoring.
We don’t just operate in the Territory, we’re part of it. Our supports reflect the people, pace, and pride of the NT.
